La MLIJ du Bassin de Thau, en partenariat avec le P\u00f4le Emploi de S\u00e8te, la CCI et l\u2019UMIH, a men\u00e9 une action de recrutement collective sur un CQP de commis de cuisine option \u00e9cailler.<\/h3>\n

Ce recrutement permettra aux jeunes retenus de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une p\u00e9riode de formation de 3 mois (r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e) avec un emploi assur\u00e9 \u00e0 la sortie ainsi que d\u2019une prime de 1000 euros d\u00e8s le deuxi\u00e8me mois d\u2019embauche.<\/h3>\n

53 personnes<\/strong> \u00e9taient inscrites (public MLIJ et PE confondus dont 43 jeunes de la MLIJ).
Au final ce ne sont pas moins de 23 entretiens individuel qui ont pu avoir lieu.<\/h3>\n

    L\u2019emploi est aux actions mises en \u0153uvre par les Missions Locales en faveur de la r\u00e9duction des tensions de recrutement.

    Sur notre bassin d\u2019emplois, dans le Biterrois, les employeurs ont des difficult\u00e9s pour trouver des jeunes essentiellement dans les m\u00e9tiers du b\u00e2timent, de la logistique, de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et de la restauration. \u00a0<\/p>\n

    Tous les mois, nous organisons un \u00ab\u00a0Parcours Tremplin emploi\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bb, trois semaines d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte de ces m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n

    Pour les animer, nous utilisons des outils comme le casque virtuel pour une immersion directe dans la pratique du m\u00e9tier, des jeux ludiques pour avoir une meilleure connaissance du bassin d\u2019emploi et partir \u00e0 la recherche de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n

    Les jeunes participent \u00e9galement \u00e0 des ateliers pour am\u00e9liorer la confiance en soi, des ateliers th\u00e9matiques de mise en valeurs de leurs comp\u00e9tences et savoir-\u00eatre, des entrainements \u00e0 l’entretien d’embauche et des rencontres avec des employeurs pour postuler \u00e0 des postes vacants\u2026<\/p>\n

    Devenir Agent de service m\u00e9dico-social en apprentissage<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00ab\u00a0un parcours en 3 \u00e9tapes avec la Mission Locale\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n

    L\u2019action partenariale entre la Mission Locale, l\u2019Afpa et le CFA Sanitaire et Social a d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 4 janvier avec la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection des jeunes \u00e0 travers 2 ateliers de travail sur la candidature et la simulation d\u2019entretiens. Cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9e par Ouarda BENGARAA, charg\u00e9e du d\u00e9veloppement des secteurs Service \u00e0 la personne, propret\u00e9 et sanitaire et social \u00e0 la MLJ3M.<\/p>\n

    9 jeunes \u00e9taient positionn\u00e9s par leurs conseillers, tous pr\u00e9sents et motiv\u00e9s\u00a0!<\/p>\n

    La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape a eu lieu le 7 janvier avec la pr\u00e9sentation de la formation et les modalit\u00e9s de l\u2019apprentissage au CFA Sanitaire et Social.<\/p>\n

    Le job dating a eu lieu le 19 janvier et regroupait 1 EHPAD et 4 cr\u00e8ches. Les 9 jeunes ont tous r\u00e9ussi leurs entretiens\u00a0! Les structures souhaitent maintenant les rencontrer en individuel pour valider les recrutements. 9 postes sont \u00e0 pourvoir \u2026 les 9 candidats sont pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s \u2026 100% recrut\u00e9s\u00a0?<\/p>\n
